Inspiration Delicious Nutritious Protein Pancakes

Delicious Protein Pancakes Recipe

It’s been a great year here at The Inspiration Hunter & Allied Training Professionals. And I’m very grateful for you being a part of that success. This week being Thanksgiving I want to make sure I’m showing you how grateful I am.

But before I do…

Let’s get serious for a moment. You’re going to eat a LOT of food this Thursday. You know it. I know it. And that’s ok. I’m sure you’ve been working out just a little bit harder to prepare for it, right? ;-) And I know you’re going to get a good workout in on Thursday before you chow down, right?

Now, besides that, I also want to remind you one thing you do NOT want to do on Thursday is skip meals so you can stuff yourself with one big one. That’s a no-no.

You still need to start your day right by boosting your metabolism with a solid breakfast. So to help you out with that I’ve got a gift for you from me and my buddies over at Prograde Nutrition. It’s a delicious Protein Pancakes recipe.

Thanks to the protein in the recipe your blood sugar won’t go crazy like it can just by eating a huge stack of pancakes with sugary syrup. Nope, this recipe will fill you up, nourish your body and give your metabolism just the boost it needs.

The Recipe “Chimichurri Marinated Blade Steak”

The Marinade

1c Fresh Italian Parsley

1/2c Olive Oil

1/3c Red wine Vinegar

1/4c Fresh Cilantro

2 Cloves Garlic

3/4 tsp. Dried Crushed red Peppers

1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin

1/2 tsp. Salt

Combine ingredients in food processor or get old school muscle on it!

Booyah!! Ya got your marinade…

Follow the videos below…when you’re done preparing and you have marinated your meat for a minimum of 1 full hour or at best overnight to give it that full flavor!!

Red Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Depending on how many people you’ll be entertaining and chillin’ with, you’re probably going to need at least 4 to 6 good sized taters.  Honestly who doesn’t like a good potato!?

So Simple A Caveman Can Do It Tater Steps

4 to 6 Wedged,Cubed or Diced Taters Chef’s choice..

1-2 Tbs. Rosemary

1-2 tsp. Salt & Pepper

1-2 Tbs. Olive or Veggie Oil

Pre-heat Oven @ around *325 depending on your specific oven.

Toss ingredients together in large to medium size bowl.

Spread on baking sheet..Booyah!! You got them taters rockin!

Sauteed Zucchini, Garlic and Grilled Tomatoes…Oh My God!!

You can do this in your sleep!  O.K. Don’t be that crazy please!!

How many…All Chef’s Choice

1-2 Cubed Or Dice Zucchini

1-2 Cubed or Diced Tomatoes

2 Fresh Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped/Minced (More the better!!)

Fresh Cilantro or Dried Herb of Choice ( Can’t go wrong with cilantro baby!!)

1-3 tbs. Olive or Veggie Oil

Fired up that non-stick pan, medium heat.

You may choose to toss veggies with oil o add to pan before .

I personally like the toss approach.

Once pan has heated up for a bit drop in those veggies and you’re off!

You might want to wait until the potatoes are done first, then fire up the veggie mix.

This way you’ll ensure a nice hot serving of tasty sauteed magic.

You only need to sautee the mix for about 7-12 minutes or until you notice the zucchini has lightly browned or softened.

Booyah!! Ya got your veggies slammin’ and ready to go!

Grilling The Meat….This is a must watch! Check out the videos below!!

Have fun!!!  Stay fit, Stay healthy and enjoy life to the fullest!!
